We start with a comprehensive consultation to understand your project type, investment goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re building from the ground up, renovating a single space, or furnishing a completed home, we’ll determine the ideal scope and service plan. If you’re already working with an architect or builder, we’ll integrate with their team — or you can engage us for full design-build execution.
Consultation and Scope Alignment

This is where the creative vision begins to form.
For new construction and renovation projects, we begin with space planning, cabinetry and millwork concepts, finish palettes, lighting direction, and architectural details.
If your scope includes furnishings, we simultaneously develop a FF&E plan, including furniture layouts, fabric and finish selections, lighting, rugs, and decorative accessories.
For furnishing-only projects, this phase is centered around spatial flow, mood boards, and the full furnishing concept.
Each concept is custom-tailored and presented in a way that brings your lifestyle and design aesthetic into clear focus.
Conceptual Design Development

Technical Documentation & Specifications
We prepare detailed construction drawings and FF&E schedules to guide execution.
For construction or renovation, we produce full drawing sets, cabinetry elevations, tile and plumbing layouts, lighting and electrical plans, and finish specifications.
For furnishing projects, we document all selected items, materials, and vendors with sourcing details for purchasing and installation.
Because all products are sourced through trade-only partners, we handle every detail to protect the integrity and exclusivity of your finished space.

Construction Oversight & Procurement
We now bring your project to life.
For construction and renovation projects, we coordinate with builders and trades, conduct site walkthroughs, manage RFIs, and ensure all design details are implemented with precision.
FF&E procurement begins concurrently (if part of the scope). We place orders, track logistics, coordinate custom pieces, and manage warehouse receiving.
If you’re furnishing alongside construction or renovation, we align these timelines to ensure a smooth final delivery and installation.

Installation & Final Styling
Once construction is complete (or the home is ready), we execute a full-service installation.
For furnishing-only and hybrid projects, this includes receiving and installing every piece — from sofas and beds to drapery, lighting, and art — styled and layered to perfection.
We manage all vendor deliveries, on-site troubleshooting, and final touch-ups to ensure a flawless transformation.

Final Reveal & Turnover
We conduct a final walkthrough to confirm every detail is complete and elevated to our standards. You’ll receive a custom turnover package including care instructions, warranty information, and design references for your records. Whether we’ve built your dream home, renovated key spaces, or fully furnished it from top to bottom, the result is the same: a warm, intentional space tailored entirely to you.
