Service Description
Our 1.5-hour in-home consultation is the first step in working with Kish & Co.—an essential part of our onboarding process and a prerequisite for all projects. During this dedicated session, we’ll walk through your home and discuss your goals, preferences, lifestyle needs, and overall vision. We’ll evaluate the existing space, identify key priorities, and talk through your expectations regarding scope, investment, and timing. This is also an opportunity to ensure alignment between your project and our studio’s design process. This is not a design session; no measurements are taken, and we do not provide specific product recommendations or layout solutions during the consultation. Instead, you’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how we work, what your project will require, and how we can support you from concept to completion with purpose and precision. Following the consultation, we’ll provide a tailored proposal outlining your project scope, fees, timelines and next steps for moving forward with Kish & Co.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All in-home consultations must be booked in advance and are confirmed only upon full payment. Sessions are scheduled for up to 1.5 hours and must begin and end on time. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your consultation once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of the consultation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. What to Expect This is not a design session. The purpose of this consultation is to assess your project goals, determine alignment, and outline next steps toward full-service design.
